- Customized Products: Unfortunately, customized products cannot be returned.
- Jewelry Returns: We offer a 10-day return policy for jewelry. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to attach an image of the defective or wrong product in your return request.
- Initiating a Return: To start a return, please contact us at connect@prismaticarts.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on where to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.
- Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
- Exceptions/Non-returnable Items: Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items). Please reach out to us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item. Additionally, we do not accept returns for discounted items or gift cards.
- Exchanges: If you need to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item.
- Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund. If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
